Most of what we have consumed over the past few days arrived onto our shores by sea. Many of the ships are crewed by people working in difficult conditions, far from home for long periods of time. So thank you to Jackie Phillips, John Pinhay, Josie Bee, Penny Phillips , Mary Bradley, Lyn Veale , Pat Pinhay, Elizabeth Bee, Reverend Jon Robertshaw and Glynis Hoyle, who donated, wrapped and delivered 119 Christmas presents to the ships harbouring in the bay and nearby this Christmas.
